ordered pizza and the app said it was delivered. When I called them they stated the order had not even been started so the delivery time is an additional 45 minutes. Total time to have a pizza delivered almost 2 hours.

Ordered a Mybox. Took a bite and tasted a bit weird but thought nothing of it and went for another bite. As I'm bringing a slice up, I see an onion that looks a bit off. Upon further inspection, I notice the entire pizza is covered with MOLDY onions.

Pizza Hut at 88th you hit a home run last night with my Beyond Meat sausage pizza! It was the best one so far and the others I had from my closed location were good but this one was the best! And it was delivered well within the order time given to me. Thank you

I order stuffed crust pizza and there was no stuffing in it. Last time I ordered Cesar salad and it came without Cesar dressing. When they put toppings seems always short of them.

This Pizza Hut is trying to rip us off… my family was just starting to eat when my dad noticed that there was no way our large pizza was 14”. Sure enough, he took out his measuring tape and the pizza was barely 12”, the size of a medium. What a joke. We didn’t ask for a refund bc we already had a slice, but be careful the next time you order here

I placed order for delivery from Pizza Hut and got delivered by door dash as I complained about this earlier as they deliver the order too late and cold. Really DISAPPOINTED.

Didn't have any problem. Ordered personal pan with white sauce. Called them directly and placed the order. It was ready in acceptable time. Love the screen that tells you where exactly your order is in the queue and the pizza was exactly how I ordered. Toppings have been reduced but I think that's at all locations as I did order from another location and their toppings were lesser too.

Food is great but your delivery radius is too small. I don't even live far and yet you won't deliver here. And then if you order on door dash it doesn't show all of the deals you have on your website so we're paying DOUBLE! Insane and that should be fixed.
