Rory is amazing. I asked him for the Lian Li O11D Mini case that was lunched Nov 2020, he immediately ordered one for me. When announcement of the new snow edition came out he ordered that one for me as soon as I said I was hoping to get that one instead. Super quick response times, very friendly and easy to talk to. Rory is very knowledgeable and stays up to date with all things PC related. Prices are beyond fair. Everyone else at Sprite is amazing too.

I came here to pick up a box from Telus, and ended up staying due to how cool the place is. The owner/man working there showed me around and also took the time to show me his gaming computers, as well as some really cool screens and such. I highly recommend this place for everything relevant that you need. Plus you can tell he really cares about his customers and the future of your equipment/computer. Great warranty! Respect for true business.

This was my first time going to Sprite. I spoke with Mike and Richard. They were both excellent both with their knowledge on computers as well as customer service. Richard spent a lot of time with me explaining the issue and making sure I understood. He didn't try to upsell me or waste my money. They care more about making sure you understand whats going on and fixing the problem, rather than making a quick buck. I would highly recommend them whether you are trying to fix your own computer or build a spec'd gaming computer.
