I received the worst service from the woman who works there. We have been a customer for years with previous ownership and will never go back to UPS Woodstock. Worst service ever. Nog recommending anyone to go to this place

I don't usually use UPS, however today I needed to have a product returned with UPS being my only option. I printed and packed my item, then went to drop it off. The woman working seemed annoyed I came into the store, gave a nice groan as she looked at me. So I waited patiently as she finished up on the computer. I told her I had a parcel, and would like a scan receipt. She replied No. Use your app. BYE!". Then she just stared at me until I left.Have the day that you deserve lady."
