I cannot say enough good things about this UPS store. The service is caring and my questions and concerns about shipping my vintage instrument were all addressed. The staff and manager was very patience with me as we went through the details about packing and the UPS process. I ended up saving money and feel confident my shipment will arrive safe and on time . Thank you so much

Barring the very occasional wait time, this UPS store has been, and continues to be, among the better experiences that I have with any courier service. The staff are knowledgeable, incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and courteous - even in the instance that you are simply dropping off a pre-labeled package.

I have been to this location many times. Perfect when you need something done quickly and easily. The staff is friendly and competent. Perfect Etobicoke location. I would highly recommend.

Twice I have been to this store by Sherway and twice I have been helped by Yvonne. She’s the best!! She always helps find a box that is as small as possible for what I’m sending to keep my price down. Then she helps me with the paperwork and gets everything set in an efficient manner. My boxes are usually gifts. (Once I used the post office and I did a typo on the online label. We eventually found it. But it was MUCH BETTER to have Yvonne’s help!) It’s worth the further drive to get to this store! Trust me! Thank you, Yvonne!

The women here were super friendly - but unfortunately they didn't provide the service I was expecting. I'd called to ask if they did passport photos, and if it was possible to get a 3rd pic (my son and I both need one to submit for our Possession and Acquisition Licenses). I was told that they always print 3; 2 for the passport office and 1 for the customer to keep.When we actually got the photos, it turns out that the 3rd photo is more of a novelty, with the actual photo shrunken so that they can print 'UPS Store' on the bottom third of the print.I was hoping it might still work. PAL license photo requirements are smaller than passport photo requirements, but when I measured the print it was just too small.I wasn't too upset, because while I was waiting for the pic we spent a few minutes talking about all the services they provide, and how they could handle any print job (I was specifically asking about printing cars out for print and play games). I thought this would be an easy fix.I called the store back to ask if I could pay to have a 3rd pic printed of each and was told that they could - if I paid the full price again for both sets (mine and my sons), after which they would give me three more pics of each of us.I explained why I needed this and what I was told when I called and asked, before I even came in, and was told it was a misunderstanding and there was nothing that they could do.It's super disappointing. The more pressing need is for the pic for the PAL license, so we'll use one of these photos for that. Then I suppose we'll have to go somewhere else to have new passport photos taken next week. Unfortunately it won't be back at this location.Again, everyone there was great and friendly, and the pics are good quality (why is why I'm still rating the store a 4), but ultimately I was left disappointed because I didn't get what I'd been looking for and they were unable to resolve this (unless I was willing to pay double).

Excellent customer service, everyone was friendly. Yvonne was very helpful. It was a great experience, I’ll definitely go back there again.
