L.O Towing

Won't release my partners car to insurance, to have the assessment done. Won't answer phone calls, reply to texts, or emails, and when they do, they're just giving the run around. Avoid at all costs, they're super shady

This is an amazing team of people! Following a snowstorm I got my car stuck trying to get home late at night, the response time was very quick considering it was a busy night, and the service was incredibly friendly while they were helping me get my car out!A local gem and a team worth working with as they make you feel like you’re a priority.I really appreciated the help, thank you so much!

Honestly don't even want to give half a star. I have never had such a terrible experience in my life. First they give me an expected time of arrival and are super late. Yes sometimes traffic sucks I get that. They show up hook my car up I leave around 4:30pm attemp to meet them where I asked for my car to be dropped off over an hour later it was not there. Call to find out what's up and the two truck was surrounded by police. No explanation as to what's going on with my car they did not call we had to call them. They said my car was hooked up to another truck and on its way. Again I check still no car. I drive to 2 blocks away from where I left it to be towed and there it is sitting in an empty parking lot this is now 9:30pm. I call to confirm someone has my key and I want my money back and car towed to its destination. 10:30 pm another company calls to let me know my car has arrived at its destination. Worst experience ever with a two truck. I would never ever recommend not even to my worst enemy

Terrible terrible terrible company. Avoid at all costs and in fact call any other towing company other than this one, will price gouge and take advantage of you especially if you’re stuck, expect to pay about 400$ for 20 minutes of work and no tow in the first place. Saw the guy who gave me the pull and after I told him I wasn’t impressed he laughed me off. Terrible company, don’t be fooled by the nice looking trucks. That’s how they reel you in. L. O. Towing, you can go to hell.

ROWDINESS AT IT'S PEAK..All these 5 star ratings are from their relatives and families cause no one will rate them 5 starts after trying their services. On google it shows that it is open for 24 hours which is not true. You go there, call them and then owners, a middle east guy and a girl starts from their place and will make you wait for 35mins. When owners arrived, they started asking me if I got the cash cause they won't accept card payments. They charged me $500 when my vehicle got towed away by them. On calling cops, they said it's not their matter and I'll have to handle with the business owners on my own. These owners refused to open the gates until whole amount is made obviously by cash. They threatened us that they'll sell the parts of my car if I'll make them wait more and won't give them the amount they asked. Going to this place is like you know they are fooling you but still you can't do anything. This middle east couple deliberately make you go through all this, they make fun, make racial comments just to make us look down.

My van was not drivable after an accident both L.O drivers were friendly ,professional, explained everything in detail and made a really bad situation a little less stressful. Li was able to clear out my belongings without issues and he even took my plates off for me. They offered so much help and kindness it was great.

I had an amazing time dealing with L.O Towing. I was in an accident, ended up with a different tow company that charged an arm and a leg so I switched to L.O Towing and have been hassle free since. They completely understood my situation and were willing to work with me on it. I was mainly dealing with Adam but I was also dealing with Kennedy and both were absolutely amazing

I got into a serious car accident two days before Christmas, one of the tow truck drivers witnessed the accident and demonstrated so much kindness. He stayed with me until the scene could be accessed. He took the time to help unloaded all my Christmas gifts and all my things. I talked to the owner and she was incredibly kind and generous. They're truly an incredible company. I highly recommend!

The drivers of their trucks have zero respect for the road. Just watched him use his lights to skip the lineup at Quebec and Oxford, making a completely dangerous left turn from the right lane.Not the first time your trucks have flown past us on Quebec doing 70 plus in a 40 zone.Great public service.

Business License is now suspended for reckless driving. I wouldn't trust them to tow my car. Tow bandits racing to the accident scene like crows to road kill.
