Showed up for my appointment ON TIME and after waiting 45 min I went up to the reception area and simply asked how long until the doctor sees me as I needed to rebook MY meetings and explained that. BOTH of the staff just glared at me and said “we are short staffed”. And they then just sat there. Wow!! If I had a person wait that long, a simply sorry would have made things so much better.I completely understand things happen but they BOTH need a lesson how to deal with people and that appointments are made for a reason!!!!! They are made so people can PLAN THEIR DAY.I will NOT BE BACK!!!!

He cares for our current eye health and is progressive in prevention. In addition he keeps up to date with the latest technology and is truly the best at what he does. Thank you.

I have been going here for a number of years and each time Dr Nathan Knezacek and the whole team blow my socks off each time. They are so down to earth, friendly and professional. They make you feel like you are their only priority at the time of your appointment. The focus is completely on making my vision better. dr schwager is a good doctor and is very nice. only reason i gave 3 stars is it takes forever to get an appointment to see her. i have been on a waiting list for 2 months and was told they are all booked up for the next month and a half. It would help if she worked in regina more than 1 day a week.
