Had a really good experience here. When I visited about 2 in the afternoon there wasn’t many persons there and that was ok for our group. Love the old school music that they played at that time it felt like I was back in the lay 90’s early 2000’s. Came here for a birthday lunch. We set up a reservation, provided our food orders ahead of time, and we had a blast! The food came relatively fast, and the service was great. They even gave a complimentary bubbly for the birthday girl :)This was a much better experience compared to our last time here, so I'm changing my review to 5 stars. Thanks, Trolley 5 team!

Worst service ever!!!!Went to trolley 5 as we were in the area and decided to stop - it wasn’t that busy eitherWe order drinks - had to change the keg - great our server let us know what was going on.We ordered our food, and my wings were to salty - my friend ordered the mac and cheese and waited for 12mins for his food. There was no quality checks and when I said that the wings were to salty - the server smiled yet I don’t think she realized after that I wasn’t happy. Nor any of the managers came by to see if we were ok like this is not customer service.She took off one order but yet I paid for the other one - finally we are ready to go and we are asking for the bill and she’s asking us if we wanted another drink.Not happy at all this evening - I don’t know if I wanna come back - after paying the bill she never apologized for your wings or anything like that.This should be really a 1 star rating but I changed my mind

Amazing experience for a large group dinner - incredible food and service. The team at Trolley 5 took such good care to make our very special event one we will never forget! Highly recommend, whether for a date night, small group, or a private large group booking! Still dreaming about that brisket!!!

In the current times where many restaurants and bars and their staff act like they are doing their clients and patrons a favour to allow them to spend their hard earned money to dine in their establishments (let’s face it, there are too many of them to list here….); the Trolley Five staff excels in making their customers feel welcome. Two of us were here on a Saturday night to watch both the Leafs and the Oilers finishing their first round opponents in their respective game 6’s, we got here at 5:30pm and there were many reservations already. We hadn’t make one and stood in-line and somewhat resigned to lining up for hours. The host asked whether we would be OK to sit on stools along the sidewalk with a clear view of the TV’s showing the games. Score! Our waitress and the support staff came around to always check on us for what we need the entire time (four plus hours). They even came to us from the sidewalk to check on us when their paths were block from the massive crowd. We really appreciate how they go the extra mile to try to fit every patrons in and make us feel welcome. Great food and drink menu with a great value for your money. For age group, we are well into our 40’s and felt comfortable around the crowd of 20 and 30 somethings. A testament to its tremendous vibe… Highly recommend it!!!!

We booked the upstairs atrium (semi private) for my dad’s 50th birthday. My mom is usually very strict and has high expectations for parties, but Terrylin and the entire staff like Tracy and Ben exceeded our expectations and truly made the night special for my dad and all our guests. We definitely recommend Trolley5 to all our friends and family!

We recently hosted a graduation party at Trolley 5 in the Atrium space on the second level. It was such a memorable event thanks to the ease of planning with the Trolley 5 team, the incredible atmosphere of the space, the delicious buffet of brisket and roasted turkey. I cannot recommend Trolley 5 enough for a function!

I had a mac and cheese and a homemade truffle potato chips with ranch dip. Liked the taste and quality, however, it wasnt like I will definitly come back for it.The beer was Awesome and the staff were friendly.
