I can't say enough the quality and professionalism of Jess Baxter. I saw property listed on Thursday evening, visited the condo on Saturday, and hired Jess on Sunday. Within a matter of a couple of hours he provided a summary of all of the comparables in the surrounding area which convinced me that the unit in question was well priced. He drew up contract of purchase and sale, which prevailed in a bidding war the following Tuesday. Despite the fact that I was the low bidder Jess was able to secure the property for me even though there were three higher offers all above the asking price. Finally, he was instrumental in saving me three percentage points on my mortgage by referring me to an excellent mortgage broker who like Jess, did an outstanding job on short notice. I heartily recommend Jess to anyone who selling or buying real estate in the lower mainland.
