I couldn't say enough about this organization in a positive way! From the time I called to inquire about their services until now, I have met with the most kindest, compassionate, professional people that I have ever dealt with! Erin is wonderful! She was able to help me with an affordable plan as well as giving great advice and all in a non-judgmental, kind way! It's a pleasure to receive a call from Greg as he is extremely friendly and great to talk to! On top of all this the added bonus is that my credit score went up in a very short amount of time! What a wonderful feeling to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel and have it happen so quickly! I will definitely be recommending Fairstone to friends/family/coworkers!

First I want to thank Rosalind, she was incredible and guided me through the whole thing while giving excellent customer service. My Grandmother passed away yesterday morning and I had no way of actually getting there. With the money provided by Fairstone I can fix my car and pay for the gas to go and come back. This has truly been one of the hardest moments of my life, so again thank you. Also my credit is realllllly not that good and I was still approved and got the money the same day. From start to finish, the process was amazing. Initially, I wasn't available to take a moment to start the application but they were very patient and helped me through. Erin was consistent, made sure let me know that she was available to help or answer any questions I may have. The process was done quickly, completed within one day. Previously I applied for a loan at Go Peer, but my application was denied. About a month later, there was an offer that came up on Credit Karma for Fairstone. I decided to fill out an application and I was pre approved. I was excited, but I wasnt confident that I would get approved. I was contacted by Erin at the Bayers Road Location. She was very professional and supportive. She wanted to help me complete my application over the phone. I had to answer a work call so I told her I'd call her back. Where do I start?Okay, so I was in a financial Pickle, I worked a contracting position for 7 years where my hours were Random and all over the place, making it hard to pay bills and put money into savings, when the pandemic hit and my job closed out I had to look for a new job taking on a new position that was stable, but because of how far behind I was often times I would focus on one bill on my Pay, then often go without for myself.I did up an Application online just to see how much I can get approved for thinking my Credit score was god awful, but after Talking with Ashley from the office who was a great help in explaining what my options were, how the loan works and the benefits involved.The application process was REALLY easy, I was able to apply using my Phone and my Mobile Data, and my loan was approved while I was on my lunch break at work.Ashley told me my money would be in my account by Midnight of the day I applied, well come about 6:30 - 7:00pm I applied the funds were in my account and I was able to get caught up and pay my bills and get ahead of everything.The terms and how much you pay back is not bad compared to other lenders, while I was shopping around this firm had a slightly lower interest rates compared to other lending companies.I would highly recommend them to friends who need a loan to help get caught up.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Ashley, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! She made me feel absolutely comfortable with the products and service Fairstone has to offer. She provided the right guidance and assurance throughout our interaction. The entire process from start to the end was made seamless by Ashley and I do recommend speaking with her if anyone is looking for any financial services.

I applied online just for fun to see what I could possibly be approved for. I didn’t think I would actually be approved. When I was approved and got the call I was happy. The lady who helped me, Rosalind was extremely nice and very professional. It was a great experience. I recommend them to anyone who is having financial issues and need help.
