My Flexiti Wave card kept saying timed out" even though all hands were doing everything right. They kept trying

Friendly and helpful staff at the shipping service counter

Visiting our daughter in Halifax and she wanted help buying a laptop for school. We are clearly not a tech savvy group. I know we got there a bit late for a Sunday, but we had a good 20 minutes before closing. We looked at the laptops for a few moments and my husband went to find and associate. He came, mumbled something about checking stock on the two we wanted to ask questions about and left. He came back with one of the two in a box and said he had brought our first choice. My daughter said she hadn't chosen either and had questions. Instead of staying and answering them, he left! Our daughter read the little info cards on the two she was looking at and decided which she liked best. My husband went to get staff again and was told to go to tech support desk where the associate saw him and walked away. Had to ask 3 times for help before we got someone to come get the laptop she wanted. Had the associate just stuck around and answered a few questions we would have been in and out faster, this also would have been a great upsetting opportunity as with parents there he may have sold a more expensive model and could have added a laptop bag and mouse.
