Awesome store. I was greeted by Sophie when I went in. She was super kind, sweet and attentive when helping me. Even gave me a tutorial on best way to tie my shoes. I had a problem with shoe sizing (my fault) and they did the exchange without giving me any trouble. Definitely recommend.

I always buy at NRML. I love this place. They have some nice and good products. The thing I like more is that they sell shoes at regular prices and through their raffle they allow to have a chance to win some sneakers!!!!

I had been looking for a pair of these Doc Martens everywhere but either they would be closer to $350 or they just didn’t have them. I can’t remember how I got to this site but I’m happy I did because I only paid $170 and they came in 3-4 days. I was really shocked how fast they came and how amazing they look. They look so clean

Been shopping with NRML for years now and recently I received a Scratch and Win card in my order and I figured might as well tell people what I really think about this store. Overall best option for the wide selection of products they have and also good customers service, shipping time was fast and the product was packaged securely. I will still continue supporting this independent business.

I just ordered a pair of shoes from here and was sent 2 rights. The Customer service is horrible and a waiting game to even hear back from them. There was even a card with Brian's name on it saying he packaged the order. They're also offering a $200 gift card to write a good review so don't be fooled by the recent 5 star reviews. Read the real 1 star reviews to know what kind of business you are actually dealing with.

I ordered a bday gift for my BF from NRML and I had great customer experience. They were quick to respond, offered options when the original item i ordered was sold out and when the package arrived it came in a lovely NRML reusable bag. I would definitely order again!

Great store with a large selection of Nike Air’s. Mine were on sale (Air Force 1 Low), really quick delivery, love the shoes and will be back for more really soon!
