Have been trying to contact Big Paw for nearly two weeks, they do not respond to emails and there is no phone number for them. Placed an order and did not get the size collar that I had ordered. frustrating, now going to my bank to see if they will help as the order was paid by VISA. customer service is really lacking. :( **FAST UPDATE**, for some reason I didn't get their reply but after posting the review the owner called me. Me bad, I wasn't adjusting the collar correctly. My Lab Shephard is now wearing it and lovin the Canadian made collar.
