Great view to Mt. Baker and a train yard. close to local shops and restaurants. but very noisy since you are on the rail side!

Currently the tallest high rise in Port Coquitlam. Concrete building built 2012 with great views. Close proximity to local shops and restaurants. Most everything you need is a short walking distance away. Decent neighborhood.
