My mother had 2 windows installed and an outragous price and when finished the blinds that where made to fit in the old windows (which where new) they did not make the same DIMENSIONS inside the frame so they would fit like they were supposed to do .When contacted the response was NOT OUR PROBLEM. THE CHAULKING JOINTS POORLY DONE IN CERTAIN SPOTS WHERE WATER COULD GO IN .... the inside vinyl mouldings around the window not tight up against the window frame

They've done a good job the 2nd visit and they showed us how it works and asked if we're satisfied before they leave.I recommend them without hesitation.

I had 8 windows replaced and the service was impeccable..the crew (1 man and his son who were very professional) arrived early in the morning and were finished by 1pm..the windows look and function so much better than my old ones..the 2 men cleaned up all the debris and made the experience very pleasant..I will highly recommend President windows and doors to everyone!.I was missing one screen for a window which I am sure they will provide shortly..

They hung a flyer on my door for a 20% promo on windows and doors sale. I called and was told they wont just sell door as its not profitable for them. i offered to come pick up the door with no install and its not worth it or them

Allowed them to give me a quote based on a door to door marketing. Avoid at all cost. I did not trust them and would not recommend to any consumer. They refused to give me a written quote and random numbers were thrown at me. Pressure tactic to make you save thousands of dollars for products you don’t even know what you will be getting. Again run while you can!

The service is very complete, since the quotation until the installation they are very communicative and they are always on top of all. I really recommend the company and I will call them back for my next projects.

We decided to do business with this company and we had in mind, very clearly, that the living room windows have the option to be opened with a net to block the flies. However, the person who noted down what we wanted made a mistake and wrote down the window to be closed entirely. Thus, we did not get any good arrangements by calling them back for their mistake. Nevertheless, the quality of the work and windows are good. 2021/MarchWe ended up receiving a call telling us that they would change the window for no extra fees. They were very prompt and came as soon as they were free to do the work. Iam very satisfied with the new windows and appreciate the great service! 2021/May
