If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Worst costumer service can't even call the store directly. What kind of garbage is that ? I went inside the store and they were sold out. Worker said they would have more the next day in delivery when truck comes in. I walk in the next day and was told the truck has come but no macbook pro. So where and when can I get a MacBook pro? Garbage service. Absolutely despicable.

I had bought a laptop from here not so long ago. I got canvassed into being a geeksquad client for their warranty services where I was told that the geeksquad membership could cost around 30 bucks every month (which was fine at first by the way).But after a month I changed my mind and when i went in to cancel the membership i was in for a shock. I didn't know that if ever I cancelled the membership before a year got over I would be charged 250 bucks as cancellation fee. Nobody told about that to me while I purchased the laptop. Ripping me off for a warranty which I am not using at all since the laptop is ok. Never getting scammed again by best buy ever again.

Hard to get a package together always some catch or can't make executive decisions on spot. Sales hands are tied. I've been in 4 times to get a package 5 to 6 grand and they sooner say sorry come back next week. Then prices change again. Tiresome and purty much given up shopping there.

Doesn't even deserve a single star, very pathetic service.Yesterday (20/12/2022) we bought a TV (TCL-50 inch).Back home, we opened the box and came to know that it was a damaged product, it's display was completely broken as shown in the photo. Suddenly we returned to the store at Sarnia. We explained everything to them, they were just asking us to take the refund or exchange the product. The exciting thing happened was,during the purchase they were mentioning it's the last piece out there which is due to the high demand and acceptance. Is this the way to make business??? Secondly we booked the rides up and down for the exchange, the customer care was not responsible for that and the talk with them made me realise that it's all our fault.

Out of all the Best Buys, or any other tech store I’ve been to, this one in particular is the most friendly, helpful, reasonable.When my family and I were looking for speakers for our new 70” tv, a very friendly staff namedEster assisted and gave us info about the speaker dynamics, sound-bars, and surround sound and etc info about each speaker we asked about. This helped us decided whether or not.One other pleasant experience we had was working with a staff named Nathan while planning on purchasing Apple Watches. Although this brand isn’t his cup of tea, he still gave us an unbiased opinion and a professional comparison between the two watch products available, which was very much appreciated.And lastly, Nathan again helped my brother and I to make the right purchase choice on laptops. As someone who animates, games and does graphic design, I was quite satisfied with the comparisons on graphics, speed, and it’s average lifespan.So a special thank you to both of those amazing staffs!

I did an online order for a small set of computer speakers that were on sale. Nothing fancy, just a little set for an extra computer. I picked it up in store because the online app to notify them that you're there to pick up your online order did not work. When I got home and looked at the box, it had clearly already been open. The security seal had been cut and the plastic inside had been re-taped to the speaker itself. It's hard to believe the person that got my order together didn't know this. Anyway, 30 minutes on the phone with customer service and someone at the store, and the only option was to return them to the store. The whole point of doing an online order is so you don't have to go into the store. On top of that, Best Buy sold me an Open Box product at regular price and they made no effort to go out of their way to remedy the problem. I guess the lesson here is to make sure you check your product box before you leave Best Buy. I'll never buy anything there again.

If I could mark less than 1 star I would. 98 year old palliative customer phones in an order for a simple TV on sale. She waits all day for delivery so handyman can install her only source of amusement. Best Buy Sarnia cancels the order due to billing concerns and doesn’t even phone to inform customer. Can not get live person and can not place another order. Family on phone for hours trying to resolve. Hope you are pleased in making a sick women unhappy. Never will shop here again. Family of client.
