Assurance KBD - Montréal

Spoke with Elie at KBD for my insurance needs. Very professional and very nice. He knows his stuff and if not he gets the answers promptly. Shopping around for insurance is not fun but he made the task very worthwhile.

What a pleasure to deal with KBD and in particular Malcolm Fava.I tried many other insurance companies and played phone tag for days on end. Malcolm answered the phone each time I called and answered emails promptly. What a great experience.I called for home insurance and the quote he gave me was excellent, saving me a couple of hundred dollars with an improved policy. While I was at it he gave me a quote for car/motorcycle insurance. I was shocked that I was able to save $1,200+ per year.Dealing with KBD was the highlight of the month. Decided to shop around for new insurance since I was paying a lot with my old insurance; stumbled upon KBD and from start to finish Matthew was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He was able to get me the price I wanted with extra stuff included and saving me over 100$ a month! He was very patient and able to answer any questions I had.
