My sump pump failed and called them for help. Matt was able to find out the problem through the picture and even came on the next day with a new pump. Raph was super handy to get the new pump installed within two hours and they followed up to see if there’s any issues. Will definitely recommend these guys to others!

We had a bathroom leak and needed a full bathroom reno done. Matt and Raph were the guys I called. I told them I wanted a dual rain shower head, upgraded vanity with 2 sinks and new smart toilet. They said absolutely, no problem. They informed me that the current 1/2 domestic water was too small to accommodate what I needed. So they upgraded basically the plumbing in my whole house to 3/4". They also found problems with my downstairs bathroom that needed attention to which they addressed in the same time frame! These guys are super knowledgeable and best of all upfront about realistic time and costs."

The guys Matt & Tony are very professional & diligent to their work. They did Valve replacement and install a new pipe for my garden hose. I’m very satisfied with their work -manship.

5 out of 5 stars for this company. They are setting the bar high for a newly formed company. They come with experience. I needed some gas lines capped off, a new hose and regulator for my propane tanks, and my gas stove hooked up. Raph did all that, and more. Upon hooking up my new stove, he found a leak in my propane line and went above and beyond fixing the issue. He wouldn’t leave until he had fixed it (I know he stayed longer than he had time for). I had been having trouble finding someone to come to Bowen Island where I live, and Royal T said no problem. I recommend these guys to anyone with plumbing and gas-fitting needs - they know what they’re doing.

Had my hot water tank fail on me. Dealt with Matt. He had it swapped out with a new one and had me up in running in no time. Would highly recommend. Thanks again

Punctual, Attentive to detail and fair pricing. I had an issue with a faulty garburator and clogged sink. Matt was able to come in and fix my issue within a day. If you need plumbing help, give them a call!

Friendly, professional, prompt. Raph and Matt came to help with a few problematic pipes - a copper pipe for a hot water tank and a stainless steel lavatory p-trap. They made the needed repairs and helped me trouble shoot some other plumbing issues as well. They work efficiently and are great communicators.
