I'm now going to be a regular because of my experience. I was absolutely delighted by Mahassan and her lovely, friendly team. I bought a gold/diamond pair or earrings, and realized the post was far too small for me ear (who would have thought)? When I contacted the team, they were more than accommodating with me, waiting for new stock to arrive and try new earrings, until I was happy with a pair that fit. It's not only about this transaction, the customer service with everyone employee is hard to match. In a time when customer service rarely exists, I would give this team and location a 10/5 rating, if I could. Can't wait until my next purchase here to experience this again. You won't be disappointed if you choose to work with this team for your next purchase.And, did you know, it's Canadian company? Founded on the East Coast? Makes me feel even better about working with the group.

I went into the Masonville location today, myMum had bought me this small dainty necklace for my college graduation and I accidentally broke the chain. I told Mahassen what had happened and she told me they could get it sent out right away to get fixed. I didn’t care how much it cost because I loved the necklace so much. She asked me if I wore the necklace to bed, I told her that I did and she told me that wearing it at night causes the chain to stretch and that’s why it broke so easily. She decided to give me a new necklace and told me to take better care of this one free of charge. She was absolutely amazing and I will only go to that location for my jewelry purchases!

I experienced great customer service all around. I ordered a gift and had to make an exchange as a result of an error on my part. I received prompt responses to the email and the person on the other end initiated all the work that needed to be done. I got a phone call when it was ready to be picked up. Everyone was great to deal with.A great example of customer service for others to learn from thank you.

My husband and I are so happy with our experience with Charm Diamond Centre in Masonville. We had an issue with my husband’s wedding ring and Rob and his team took care of everything. Picked up the ring yesterday and it is perfect. Thank you.

Charm is a great place to shop. Both locations are incredible. Both Rob at Masonville and Dylon at white Oaks they will both always do everything to make sure that you feel happy and that you never leave the store feeling unsatisfactory with anything that you purchase. We will continue to always shop with Rob and Dylon.

I’ve been shopping here (and the White Oaks mall location) for years. The staff are 1000% amazing!! They make you feel like a valued customer whether you spend a small amount or a large amount. They know the value of a repeat customer! Charm is the best.

I walked into Charm today after visiting 4 other jewelry stores in masonville mall. Recieved decent service at the other stores, although the representitive at the store named Brodie was excellent and made me feel really good about my purchase. He took the time too walk me through everything and explain my options in great detail. He really made me feel like a valued customer whether I chose a cheap or expensive option but still helped me decide which one I should get based on the great deals they have in store. I would highly recommend visiting this store as the warranty and service is really great. 5 stars from me today!
