I rented a skidster last week and it had a small leak. When I called into head office to tell them about the problem, the front counter immediately offered to either A) drive out to my house and swap it out for a different skidster within a few hours or to B) send a mechanic out to fix it on my job site. I chose to have the mechanic come out to fix it on my job site due to time constraints and within the hour, they had it fixed perfectly fine. When I returned it, I even had discount on my invoice for my troubles without having to ask! Amazing customer service and I would recommend All Choice Rentals to anyone looking for good equipment, exceptional customer service and reliable for people who need to get jobs done quickly. I've been working in this business for over 14 years and I have never experienced customer service like this throughout my career. I was blown away..

Had my wedding just this past weekend, Blake did an unbelievable job in making sure we had everything we needed, he even checked in multiple times to make sure everything was working properly. Excellent service and best price in town. Don’t hesitate to stop by!

I don't give 5 star reviews normally. I had a job in Drayton. Staff were knowlgbe. Equipment was in stock. I picked up a bobcat and walk behind packer. I was a new customer the process was quick to get everything going. If I have another job in the area I would use them again. Need a location in Edmonton though, would use them more often if they were closer.Chris

As a small business that provides heavy equipment parts to all areas and industries in Western Canada, it is great to be a vendor of a forward thinking company like All Choice Rentals. I work in procurement/materials in oilfield construction. Every time we move to a different location I am tasked with finding a quality, reliable, reasonably priced rental company. When I met Blake and he was very approachable and understanding of our needs, I knew I had to look no further. The in-house staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they always met or exceeded my companies expectations. Many thanks to Blake, Michael, and all of their staff for everything they did to make my job that much easier. I only wish all of our job sites had an ACR nearby.

ACR not only provided me the equipment I needed, but were instrumental in providing different options when we were in a pinch. Not only did they deliver the equipment, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! A significant plus are their multiple locations. Our well sites vary in location and they are able to assist from a variety of bases to have equipment there on time, when required! Highly recommend!
