Horrible customer service rep at Masonite. The woman sounded like a hyena when she tried to speak over my voice. Probably looks like one too.Masonites doors are poorly made. The door sill jammed after 1 year of normal use. Goodluck trying to get replacement parts from Home Depot or Rona. Total waste of time.Lowes has better doors with no issues so far.

Do not order a door from Masonite. Delay after delay in one week increments. Completely dishonest about delivery date.

Terrible quality products. Would not buy again. Quality control is non existent. I ordered 5 custom interior doors made by Masonite from Home Depot:- Hinges mortises on door jamb and door are different depths—hinges don't sit flush, screws protruding, tear out on finished edges.- Door jambs have the sloppiest mitres, they are all gappy and out of alignment; they tried to hide this with filler which arrived all cracked and awful looking.- Rabbets on door jambs are completely misaligned...this should be an easy thing to get right- Door panels have scuff marks and bubbles in the primer- Door stop is one piece with the door jamb instead of tacked on. Terrible design unless your walls are perfectly straight on both sides. You have no control to adjust the jamb to find a happy medium on both sides and then offset the stop. I had to completely rebuild 2/3 of one door jam and find a matching door stop + route a new strike plane and lock hole just to make it work.- Reached out to Masonite via Twitter DM. No responseHome Depot customer service in Milton was great to deal with, but my advise to them is to source a new door vendor. These products are truly terrible. Back to caulking the living hell out of these to make them look presentable.

We ordered a Masonite door through Home Depot, 6 weeks ago. After 3 weeks, got the door and the inner metalwork was scratched up, like the metal was dragged across the ground before being put between the panes of glass. We went back to our local HD who were very helpful and ordered a new door. Waited another 3 weeks and picked up the door tonight. Well, guess what? It's all scratched up all over the metalwork with the metal exposed through the black paint. So, despite knowing we complained about and asked for a replacement for door number 1, Masonite sent a replacement with the same issue. Clearly no inspection happening, nor do they seem to care about producing a product of quality. Avoid Masonite.

Delay after delay. Put my order more than six weeks ago, the order was supposed to be delivered to the store last week . Yesterday Home Depot told me the same story! your order will be delivered in the next week" so I decided to cancel my order and not support this vendor. To me

Nice offices and a very clean factory floor. Enjoyed touring the facilities.

Horrible service, first door came in and was damaged, they took it back and then the second door came in damaged again, they decided not to replace and I am now stuck with a cracked door frame and door that sits crooked. I would never recommend this company, spend the extra, get good quality.

Lot of space to back your tractor trailer but shipper is not that good.

ordered from Home Depot in May, with expected delivery 06/26, since then I've been given 8 new dates from home depot special order support and have even called Masonite retail support # myself as the two companies aren't always aligned on the current status. I'm now told it's coming tomorrow 08/16 so crossing my fingers but also being realistic based on experience thus far. In all cases when asking for follow up, nobody calls/emails back. 08/16 - no door as expected, new ETA next week to store - Masonite makes excuses quicker than they make doors.
