Overpriced and exploitative. Because it is the only printer downtown, they tend to charge you $8 plus tax for 10 papers, that is insane and I hope that this place closes down.

Queers and Female Identifying people should consider taking their business elsewhere I had an experience with Cid that was ageists and sexist and totally unprofessional.In March I asked them to print stickers and business cards. Cid assured me it was fine when I arrived to pick them up the day before SXSW they informed me there was a mistake they sent 1 e-mail and no phone call about. They charged me extra to rushed the work and the quality was as such.Then I returned months later for a magazine project after assuring me they could have it completed by the deadline and requiring my designer to make several drafts when I inquired to check the status they informed me they only had one employee who was able to operate something vital to my project who would not be in that day.When I asked why they only had one person trained on something so vital to their businesses and what it would now cost me with someone who was untrained on what my project needed to be completed by my deadline he told “enough with the attitude sweetheart” and told me to go someplace else. I suspect Cid had a aversion to printing my project that featured stories about Women and Minorities speaking truth to power.
