Terrible customer serviceDid not receive services I paid forThe owner has suggested I went somewhere else,(3 years after posting my review) that is not the case . However I'm unable to rely to their comment so I am updating my review to make clear that this business damaged my property, did not provide the service they were paid to do and then failed to return my money.Highly recommend avoiding them .

My old iphone 5 was fixed by Al Wilson, he did a marvelous job , fast and efficient . My phone works better than it did before. Great job.

I needed to transfer old files to a USB etc and Alan was quick and reliable and available always with his long hours and great answering service. He cleaned up my computer as well. I used him back in 2014 and he was great then too! He's now my go to fellow since another computer place in Collingwood, shut down a few years ago. This is a true and honest review too! :)

Great people, fast honest service that is upfront and personable with communication and repair cost.**Do not pay attention to the 1 star reviews**They are most likely competitors trying to diminish reputation from a good business owner.I have gotten a phone fixed prior to this recent repair of a MacBook pro early 2011 that he managed to get working after 2 years of sitting on a shelf. Very satisfied with the maintenance of both.Will return and highly reccomend this to others in the area who need tech repair or advice.

Does not use OEM Parts, does not stand behind warranty. Responded to emails within minutes until he had money then no response to email regarding hotspots in screen and low quality of parts used. Appears to have gone thru my phones files as well which was not necessary. iSight camera was working fine when dropped off and now won't focus appears this place likes to swap out parts,or broke camera during repair. be very weary and take your phone to a trusted reputable repair shop.Update: Owner would like you to believe otherwise but I did take my phone here with my business name.

Take for ever to give a quote then tell you it's more than an actual good company like Georgian iRepair. Go there because it's cheaper by a tiny bit and they are way better.

I dropped my brand new iPad Mini 5 and shattered the glass. I called Al Wilson and he was able to quickly get a new glass/lcd ordered. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Beside the workmanship, I was impressed with the communication during the process. I’m hoping I never have to use the service again, but if I do, I’ll be going back to Georgian Tri-Tel. My mother could not stop raving about the great service she got from this company. They were able to revive her old iPhone 5 when we thought it was unfixable. Service provider, Al Wilson, was encouraging and friendly. He quickly identified the issue, and sourced and replaced her battery in a short time at a very reasonable rate. She would recommend this company to anyone with phone issues.

got my phone fixed about 4 weeks ago. As it was handed back to me it was dropped so now it is cracked I did get refunded which is nice however my phone screen is now frozen and does not work. I would reccomend going someplace else for a long term fix however if you are looking for fast and easy service
