Poor experience, hired them to do a general cleaning and there was still dust everywhere. When I pointed it out they just disregarded it and said it was due to a lack of equipment. I had to finish off by sweeping the place myself.Update: Sam, one of the operators at Ezi reached out and he was very understanding and the problem was swiftly resolved. Thanks to him I will likely be using Ezi again.

I've been looking around companies in ottawa for a not so expensive quote for cleaning services and happened to have found Ezi. They're brand new and fresh on the market and pretty reliable and cost efficient. I requested a fridge cleaning service through their app and the whole process was pretty smooth and quick. I hope this review helps them to get more exposure as they've launched recently. They offer many services other than cleaning such as moving out help (kind of like Uhaul) and much more if you download their app. I'll be sure to book a service again with them when needed for future! :)
