My windshield had a stone chip near the outer edge therefore a difficult location to fix. Drew attempted repair first before going through my insurance. He was unsure of the lasting success of the finished job and therefore did not charge me or my insurance company which I think is more than fair. I would definitely go back to NOVUS Glass and would recommend them to others for any auto glass work.

I give this business five stars because I’m very pleased with the service I received when I take my car in to have the downs hoses cleaned out which kept plug quite often do to pine trees in the neighbourhood. The young man that works in my car is very knowledgable and very good at his job I would highly recommend this business for any glass or windshield water leak problems that you might encounter this is the only place I’ll go from now on thank you so much for your professional service!!!!

Would recommend this business. I had a windshield replaced. Every contact with the business was positive. All employees were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. After having work done on our personal car we are now taking a business truck in for a windshield replacement.

I have had a run of bad luck with windshields lately. Thank goodness for Drew and his team. They never disappoint. They not only took pity on my luck but did my last repair as a courtesy. This business is successful because of their old school neighbourly way of doing business. Thanks to all of the employees. I would highly recommend Novus Glass. I had a very large turkey fly into my windshield. Not only did they take my car in same day, they had it ready for me the following morning so I was able to get to work.Mike and staff was very kind and very professional. I had a big rock hit my windscreen. When I first came to see about a repair Drew offered my some good options for replacement. It turns out my Insurance company has a disappearing deductible. The windscreen did cost me anything to get fixed. They guys here had my car back to me in short work and looking better than ever. I really didn't notice before how the sand had pitted and marked my glass until I had a clear one in my car. I can't believe the professionalism of the staff hereTop notch people and top notch quality. I highly recommend Novus to anyone looking for windscreen repair in St. Thomas.Thanks again Drew.
