I am extremely grateful I was called into the stores sale. Amna helped me greatly on choosing the perfect piece over the past couple weeks and her coworker Ola’s insights in regards to jewelry I ended up getting the perfect ring highly recommend. Wonderful team. Will come back again.

My elderly sister in law went in to see about getting her rings cleaned. She was asked if she purchased the rings from Paris and she said one set she had, the other no. They wanted to see paperwork (who carries that?), and she said not on her and then was told they could not help her. Customer service? Not. Classy treatment of a senior Paris!!!

They sourced and placed a large, beautiful Emerald Cut Garnet in October 2021 and placed it into my ring. The stone was worth just under $1000. I only wore it a handful of times and the stone fell out and I brought it back to them in February 2022 and they replaced the stone at no cost to me. But when I went to pick it up with the new stone, I checked the claws and 1 of was catching and all of the claws were different sizes. This went back and forth 5 times before they had the claws came back perfect. But the replacement stone now had scratches all over it and they had to send it back again. Then I had the same problem with the claws all over again. They eventually decided that they were not going to do anything further for me and refunded me the price of 2 claws. When the ring came back from head office all the claws were made smaller. Not impressed. I've been a loyal customer for years and this is how I was treated. They almost had my ring for a whole year and couldn't get it right!Only

I needed assistance with an older watch which belonged to my grandmother. The staff were friendly and attempted to repair. Seeing the work needed was more than they could safely complete at the store, and aware the watch was important to me, they explained everything to me and offered to send it out for repair. I appreciate the care they showed and look forward to receiving the watch back.

Here's the issue: I brought my engagement ring to be resized and dipped, but the underlay of my ring was changed and (apparently) made the centre diamond unstable. About three months later, my diamond literally fell out as I was seated at a table drinking coffee (so luckily the diamond wasn't lost). I brought it back to Paris and they denied any accountability and said it was something I did to make the diamond pop out. They offered to take it, send it to headquarters for it to be assessed" and potentially fixed for an extra charge."

The team at Paris Jewellers is amazing. I just went through the process of purchasing a beautiful engagement ring and they were so helpful and great to work with. They gave me very fair pricing and even a special gift for my wife to be!! Anytime I need help with a watch purchase or watch sizing, they have helped me out right away and with a great attitude. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a personal feel and great service to go visit the lovely ladies at Paris in St Albert mall!

Very happy with the friendliness of this store staff esp Ms.Ivan she is very helpful, very knowledgable of the items theyre selling. She smiles all the time when me and my husband is asking a lot of things she is ready to answer and help you. You will surely end up buying the items. She is amazing!!! I will comeback again and recommend this place to my co workers and friends and family.

Stopped in today to purchase a new chain for my favorite cros wonderful service and I will be taking all my future jewelry purchases to this great shop
