Kal Tire

I am giving a 4 start review as after posting a one star review earlier and reaching out to customer service with my complain, they addressed the issue and fixed it for me.I booked an appointment at this location for a regular oil and tire change for my Honda Civic on Saturday. Left my vehicle and came back after 2 hours, as soon as I was back the supervisor or manager whoever it was said that there is bad news as there is a crack on my cars oil pan and there is a leak. He showed me the leak and it was quite a lot draining drip by drip right in front of me. Said it was before I came to them which I found to be incorrect as the amount of leak there was I should have known earlier since my car is parked at the same spot in my driveway and I never saw any oil spots on my driveway before. Also, the last time i changed my oil it was 7-8 months before (As the car is hardly driven as my wife works from home and only takes it to the gym or grocery shopping) so with this amount of leak the engine should have seized by now. He gave me a quote of around 650$ to replace it and said they would do the oil again for free as a gesture. Since I am an amateur in this i didn’t say anything and I came back home and did some research and called a friend who is an expert in car stuff and showed him the photos. He said that the leak is because of over tightening of the drain plug (screw from where oil comes out) possibly the damage happened while doing the service, which I feel was intentional because if it would have been by accident they should have accepted their mistake and offered to repair which they clearly didn’t. I am so frustrated by this experience, it’s a clear violation of a consumers trust and innocence. I am not sure how i will manage to bear the repair cost now :( Please don’t use their services, they are not trustworthy or professional at all.

After considering lots of review. I decided to trust on Kal tires for my Tesla. Super quick and efficient service. They handled Tesla well. They put the sear cover on my white seat and handled the cars and tire very delicately. Little bit higher price compare to local garage but worth it.

These guys have superb customer service and are incredibly honest!! I would give them 10/5 stars if I could. They were already fully booked for the day, but because I explained to them that my situation was an emergency, they slipped me in and were super quick with getting my issue resolved! After about 10 minutes, they found out that my run flat tire was actually not punctured but was just over pressurized and my car's tire sensor went off when air was being released from having been pumped too much air from another auto repair shop. They literally took out the tire, dunked it in water, found no holes, then installed it back onto my car, and didn't charge a thing! They were all so friendly and courteous about the entire situation, and just gave me my keys back and walked off. They were so easy to deal with and so honest. If I lived in the area, they would definitely be my go to for all my tire and brake services.

Not only did I get a very reasonable quote, the final price was less than it. I bought brand new snow tires. They bagged up my other tires before putting them in my back seat. I've never had a mechanic do that. Usually my trunk and back seats are filthy from tires being tossed in. They showed me where their waiting room was and I waited a total of an hour for everything. Their staff are all super friendly and I felt confident walking out of there. I will most definitely be coming back for all my vehicle needs now. Thanks guys!!

I've been getting my tires swapped and stored here for years. They're always polite, prompt, and their prices are in line with the competition locally.

All the staff were extremely kind. A great experience as well as top quality. In my case I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Absolutley deserving of a 5 star review.

The Kal Tire team here is great! I had gone in for a winter tire swap last Fall, and there was a small issue with the swap that I brought to their attention. They quickly committed to fixing the issue. I agreed with the Manager (Chad) to wait until the Spring to address it (convenience for myself). I was pleasantly surprised that come Spring, not only did they remember their commitment, but they went far and above my expectations for resolving it. The whole team here is an awesome group of individuals and I'd gladly recommend anyone go here for any of their vehicle needs! Tx to everyone at the Arvin Kal Tire location!

Service was amazing, quick. Apparently I did a real number on the inside of one of my tires and caused it to rip over a pothole.David, initially looked after my car, and diagnosed the problem as the damage was quite hidden. Tire ordered and put on in just under a week, all within a few days before Christmas.Would never hesitate to recommend Kal Tire and especially this location. They recognize emergencies and get you on your way.Thank you to David and the rest of the team

Kal Tire gave me the exact tires that I described to them. Customer Service was excellent. They even helped me with the stats needed to resale my old tires.
