I have bought several products with Next level and have always had amazing service. Ang has even come to my house and helped me set up my IPT because I did not understand how to do so. I broke the screen on my cell phone and needed it back for work asap she understood how important it was and let me come in and had it replaced after hours. I have never experienced such wonderful service from any company and would absolutely recommend Next level to all my family and friends.

Great service, reasonably priced

Great place to go for cell phones to android boxes. I have been going there for a few years now and always had great service. Ange the owner has always gone way above to help me out.

Bad experience. I went in there on a recommendation and with no knowledge about android boxes. I was charged $300 for the box and $100 for 6 months streaming. I was told to pay cash to save on gst and hst. That should have been a red flag . When I went to pay the total was $450, no receipt given and no mention about the return policy. Another red flag. I later called and challenged them about the $50, they agreed to repay it. The next few days I experienced programming problems to which Angie was helpful. I was also told the remote was useless and sold a more expensive remote. It did not solve the biggest problem. When trying to stream a movie, the feed constantly froze. This is a problem with my wifi and makes the android box useless. This is where things got bad. When I attempted to return the merchandise I was advised, for the first time, that cash refunds were not given. I was told this was Angie's policy. Several attempts to contact her were made and messages left, to no avail. Only when I went in and indicated I was prepared to file complaints was she suddenly available by phone. The whole conversation was confrontational and nothing resolved. Her only suggestion was to sell my equipment to somebody else. It was a $400 lesson about dealing with a shady business. In the process I also learned that the exact same model can be purchased on Amazon for about $80. Enough said !
