Stellar service with a smile. Not only did they allow me to shop early (30 min before the store opened), but the interact machine was down and they were willing to give me a few aleve complimentary. Fortunately I had cash so all worked out, but what a kind gesture!!!!! Will be back!

The pharmacists are kind and move quickly. I have just one complaint: why can't they be open on Sunday at least for a few hours? As the only pharmacy on Bowen Island, it's pretty devastating when your kid needs a prescription and you have to get on the ferry.

Depending on who is working you are either met with the kindest most compassionate help, or you are yelled at for coming to pickup the medication you called to check was in, but they made a mistake and now your baby doesn't have her acid reflux medication.
