Old fashion date nights have resumed.VIP- It’s not what I expected. Don’t get me wrong establishment was very clean comfortable really nice for a movie theatre love the lights the tables (didn’t get to sit In them but they were fancy. Food- I wouldn’t order it again. Drinks YES!!! They all looked good and I’m not a person that drinks I would but they’re not on my priority list. Service - I would probably be better off doing it myself. I will give the server credit they were super nice they acknowledged their service wasn’t the best and apologized I appreciated that.maybe they had a bad day or whatever no big deal. The lounge chairs were ok but those recliners OMG!! They were super comfortable if I could fall asleep I would’ve . I also enjoyed the space between us and the next bunch it was super awesome.I think for future I’ll stick with the old way. The recliners aren’t worth that much extra. It was nice to experience for sure and you never know what the future holds I might be back.

Cineplex is absolutely a definitely checkout place in Kitchener.Equipped with latest technology and a wide range of food and beverage. The theatres are equipped with good sound quality and awesome seatings.Had good quality clean washrooms and gaming options too. Need not to mention the wide park area.Also it's very close to the fairway bus terminal and tram station.

First movie in many years so I thought I would treat us to the VIP Experience. Avatar was fantastic. Food however was horrible.Each a glass of wine ,2 Burgers and Fries, 1 shrimp appetizer and 1 desert (to share) Over $100.00. Everything arrived just as the movie started. Everything was stone cold. Could not see any staff to call over to get it fixed. Won't do that ever again

I recently visited this movie theatre, and I must say that the seating was incredibly comfortable. The seats were spacious and plush, making for a relaxing and enjoyable viewing experience. I was also impressed with the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the theatre.The theatre itself was well-designed, with great sightlines and excellent acoustics. The audio and visual quality were top-notch, and the movie played seamlessly without any technical glitches.The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure that our experience was a positive one from start to finish. The concessions offered a wide variety of snacks and drinks, and everything was fresh and delicious.Overall, I would highly recommend this movie theatre to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable movie-going experience. The comfortable seating, excellent audio and visual quality, and friendly staff make it a standout option.

We arrived a little early and decided to spend the time in the arcade area. The claw machine was not working, just took the credits. Then we decided to use the air hockey table and that took our credits, but wouldn't drop a puck to play. When we got our drinks and popcorn a manager had to come over for the alcohol sale. While they were there, I mentioned the issues, and both were acknowledged to be existing problems, and they claimed they would put a sign up to close it. After the movie, the game was still up and running with no signage. At minimum 2 hours of customers being tricked.

Unfortunately, I find this cinema lacks the flare that other cineplex theaters have. From the low number of screens, lackluster nachos, the cleanliness of the theater to lack of seating when you are early for your movie. VIP side can be fun if you like having a alcoholic beverage and meal during or before your show. If your willing to pay the premium to do so. I had high hopes when this location was built I was sorely let down.

Came this week for the first time. The price of admission and the food are reasonable. We will definitely be back.The theatre was clean prior to the showing and there wasn't any debris in the rows. The seats were in good condition without any tears.The seats recline and there's a tray that you can move to position your snacks in front of you. There's also a cup/wine glass holder available.The staff were friendly and the service was good.The facilities are really nice, there are areas to sit and chat and the bar is well appointed.

Love taking trips here to watch movies.This location is pretty clean and accessible from the highway and bus routes. The staff is friendly and willing to accommodate for people in need.The VIP area is a rarity for anyone who wants to experience that!Concession is a little confusing as they require you to make your order your burgers or hotdogs on the right side of the concession when there is an individual spot for those orders. I was left waiting in a line when they didn’t have that register open, only to be told to go to the other side where I had to wait at the end of another line. They should be clear and have a sign saying they don’t take orders there.The leather reclining chairs are extremely comfortable and makes watching the movies much better. You can even move the arm rest on some seats which can bring more intimacy and comfort for the viewers.They also have an arcade room where you can play games!Definitely one of the best theatres in the Waterloo region! A must visit!

Took my daughter to her first movie about a month ago, and overall it was great. It had been a while, but we loved the recliner seats. I ordered tickets online which was so easy; and we love a Tuesday deal day.Only negative is how expensive the concession is. For 3 drinks and a chocolate bar, it cost almost as much as our tickets. People also talk in the theatre far more than they used to, but there’s only so much the theatre can do in that regard.
