I went to the Richmond store to return an online purchase. While a staff member was about to process the return, another staff member named Alvin came to stop the process and said they couldn't return them through store. Then we called the service line, the representative said she would not understand why the store could not return either. She finally provide me a local shipping address to ask me to ship it back instead.

I bought two bags at coach store located at Richmond Center. I used one of them a few times after I bought it 1.5 years ago. The 20 inch metal chain turn from golden color to black and dirty your hands and bag. I talked with the store. Jordan working from the store told me they will charge 160 dollars to repair my chain because it is over 12 month warranty. It is completely rip off. It is clearly the product part has very low quality and it may contain harmful elements in their metal chain, they speak with no sorry or apologies . I have used my citizen watch for 10 years, the golden chain has never change color or turn black. I amvery disappointed, not only their quality also the customer service. Don't go there and save your money.

I ordered a purse from here before Black Friday. They told me it would take up to 7 business days to receive. I have been waiting for a week and did not hear back then I called the store and the lady told me the order is not approved. When I asked if it did not go through, why for a whole week I did not receive any messge for that. They said they would not contact client for a refund.....really??? Seriously???? So if I did not call, my money stayed with your company forever??? Great service......

Worst staff I have ever seen. Racism at its peak! Myself and my wife were walking past the store and she wanted to look at a purse on the display. We got stared from top to bottom before they looked at each other started whispering and making faces.Coach should really do a better job when screening for staff. Their staff at Mcarthur glen is so wonderful, they are always ready to help their customers with a big smile on their face.

I will be going to a different retail location next time. They messed up the monogram on the hang tag of my newly bought Rogue and tried to pass it off as good enough. Even urged me to take the messed up tag and kept on making excuses on why she couldn’t do the monogram properly. I ended up getting another hang tag but not before I had to assert that there’s no way I’m accepting the messed up hang tag. Expected better customer service. The one helping me was apologetic after I made my dissatisfaction known but the one who made the mistake just made excuses until the end.

This is my second time experience with sales person at coach store(Richmond Ctr) the attitude ruined my day. I got there and asked about your face masks that I saw online. He said hes never heard about it with a sour face, and hes never looked at me as a customer.I made a promised myself to never ever go to that store again, even if its only 10 minutes walking distance from my house. Last time when I went there to replace my handtag and they said I can only get it if I buy a new handbag. OMG how could you treat a customer with double standards. Its a totally different experience when I go to the coach store at Burrard near downtown..theyre so professional and friendly.
