When looking for a specialist in your footcare and footware, these ladies are the ones. I was in a year ago with so many aches and pains in my legs and was fitted with house" sandals which I wear religiously and those aches are pains are gone. Kathy and Kelly have been helping me and my husband treat foot pain and made us custom orthotics that actually work! No more generic one size fits all for us! We also now buy our running shoes and other types of shoes through New Step as they recommend various shoes specific to our needs.

Amazing experience here. The ladies (Kathy and Kelly) are lovely and helpful. I saw many foot doctors before for my tendonitis but Dr. Kathy is the first one to actually stop the pain before it started (not just treat it afterwards). I will keep going back!
