Escents Aromatherapy

I really enjoy this store & have had a couple of good visits but the last two I've noticed the customer service has gone down hill & the employee's aren't as educated on the product or making their customers happy. For example, my spouse and I came into the store to buy a Christmas gift & a promotion was on. Great! Awesome you get one free oil with purchase.. wasn't stated it was a specific oil & we picked one from the spot. We were told that wasn't in the promotion deal & that unfortunately the oil that was included has been sold out" so they said sorry we can't do that for you..... you would think with great customer service you would honour the promotion and just give the one free oil of choice or that was near the promotion to the customer? ... it was a really uncomfortable & award transaction.. We still ended up buying the Christmas gift but not sure if we will be back to repurchase.. May just go to another store with better customer service."

I cannot say enough about how excellent my experiences have been here. The thing I look for the most at any store is customer service and they are top notch. They seriously have gone above and beyond for me and the employees have been so helpful, friendly and have gone the extra mile for me. So grateful and will recommend to anyone.
