One Stop Vape Shop 17th

Would get 5 stars but the store hrs kill me EVERY time. I think 8-9 pm would make better sense then 7. It takes me 2 weeks before i find the time to make it in. If a guy or gal works till 5:30 there just isn't enough time to get there. Also if your not sure what flavors to buy, get the extreme brand and the grape or lime are hands down the beat flavours you'll find!!

The most unfriendly experience ever. After going to One Stop for over three years, I finally got fed up with their arrogance and rudeness. This last phone call I made to them has woken me up that there are other vape shops in town and I don't need to continue going back to them. After only inquiring about a few prices, the staff on the call told me that I was hogging his line and stop asking him for prices and just come into the store! Unbelievable. You know what. I stopped. And I WILL NOT EVER be calling or going back to your store, PERIOD!!! Congratulations. You got what you wanted!

I was a little hesitant on coming to this shop from reading previous reviews. They were the only shop that had some of the mods in stock that I was cross shopping. Chinook location sent me here and I was amazed by there selection. The gentleman (can’t remember his name) that helped me was quite knowledgeable on the products being sold. I told him what I was cross shopping and he told me all the positive’s and negatives of each device. He even showed me to a few other mods that matched what I was looking for. All in all i’m happy I took the 30min drive and went home with an awesome Vaporesso Revenger X kit. Been loving it so far! Thanks guys

Absolutely satisfied with my first visit to this store today. Colton, I felt, went above and beyond to make sure I left happy as well as comfortable, confident & secure in how to use my new tank. He took extra time to ensure that I knew exactly what I was doing (I never even had time to ask before he offered which I found incredibly generous given today's general lack of customer service!). I will DEFINITELY be sticking with OSVS on 17th and would go out of my way to give them my business. Colton's CS was top-notch and I appreciated it greatly. Our transaction ended with a handshake and genuine smiles. Thank you so much for making my day. When it comes to negative experiences, a lot has to do with the attitudes & vibes WE put off in general. We tend to get what we give in a lot of ways. I love my new tank, as well as the new juice that was suggested. It's exactly what I was looking for. Couldn't be happier. Thanks again! Will definitely be back!!

DO NOT BUY JUICE HERE. I was sold a juice on 04/18/2018 that had expired 01/08/2018. The half-wit working there who is also apparently the manager refused to replace the juice, saying the expiry date was a “misprint”. Even if that’s true, this product should not be sold until the correct expiry date is on the label. The product was expired and has a distinct expired juice taste. It’s not the first time I’ve run into this. But other shops stand by their products and replace defective ones. Avoid this place at all cost. I’ll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully no one gets sick.

Went in looking for a tobacco flavored vape juice. Clerk referred me to their best seller" I said ok and she rang it up. $32.00!!! Whoa!!!! About $6 more than any other store I've been to. I was desperate

I've been in here 5 or 6 times through last few years and always have had bad experiences. You could tell the staff didn't want to help at all. The prices are insane on juices, parts, supplies etc. They wanted $55 for a tank that sells for 24 at another shop in town. He had zero suggestions on juices even though i told him exactly what flavour i was looking for. Im blown away that this place is still open.

I like this chain and their products but I will never return to this store. I am used to great customer service from Brock at the Chinook location, but Colton has definitely lost my business. Being rude and condescending and unhelpful is not the way to build customer loyalty. I encourage customers to go to the Chinook store and be treated with respect.

We go out of our way to buy our vape supplies from Colton at the 17th Avenue store. He always greats us when we arrive, is very knowledgeable about all his products and often fixes any little issues we have. We highly recommend this company and specifically this location.

This shop removed all testers, so you can’t test vape juice... and they reduced their stock to only carry certain brands.... they told me “all shops” are starting to go “tester free”, which is complete BS!Used to be the best shop in town, now it’s garbage!Good luck spending $20+/per bottle of juice that you can’t even test to see if you like it....Shop has a great selection of mods, but the juice is a gamble... I won’t go back there for juice, unless they set up testers again...Bad play boys! Get it together, before you go out of business!Sean M., avid vaper.
