**changing my review from a 3/5 to a 5/5 due to the fact Jenn has responded and has added her point of view. As a reviewer to business owner I think it’s very important to get that prospective.Thank you.I did some classes here. I REALLY enjoyed Rachel the instructor, she demonstrated knowledge, kindness, leadership, skill, and patience! You could tell this was her passion… beauty in general.I felt the classes were overall great.One downfall I would say is Jenn did not seem very friendly. She did not introduce herself to the class let alone acknowledge us while in her ‘studio’ I found it a little disrespectful. People pay a lot of money to feel like they are being looked down on. Not a great feeling.

Absolutely amazing service, knowledge, and friendly. Jenn was fantastic and really takes her time to make sure you are happy with every detail and look before she begins. I recommend Jenn and her whole establishment to ANYONE, who has been in debate of this service. As I had been in debate since 2018... I really wish I had not waited so long. Go get this done if you want it, do it!! You will not regret your decision. Thank you, Jenn. You have revived my eyebrows that I have not had since 1992. ❤️

Rachel took great in making sure I liked the shape of my eyebrows before we started. She made sure I was comfortable before having started and throughout the process.I love my eyebrows and would definitely recommend her for anyone who is planning to have microblading done.

I had a combo of microblading with powder brow. Tony was the best, he was meticulous, and definitely took his time with perfecting my brows. I was quite shocked to secure an appointment so quickly. Everyone in the office were welcoming and knowledgeable.I would most definitely recommend this place to my friends.I did have my brows microbladed about 4 years ago in another city, and needed a change.

I had powder brows done by Rachel 2 weeks ago and it was the best experience! Rachel made the shape of my brows perfect! She spent a lot of time making sure that the shape, size and colour is what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier! My brows are pretty much healed now and I receive complaints everywhere I go!! For anyone that is trying to decide whether or not to get powder brows done, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! Thank you so much Rachel!!!

Rachel is a powder brow wizard! She has perfected my brows with great attention to detail and skill. I had them done 10 days ago, they are fully healed and I’m in love! The process was tedious and her attention to detail was amazing. She wanted me to be completely satisfied before she started tattooing. I felt at ease and comfortable in her very capable hands and I definitely recommend anyone who is hesitant, to see this experienced artist. You won’t be disappointed!!

I recently completed 4 courses offered by Eyebrows by Jenn Academy and absolutely loved them all. They were very informative and easy to follow along. I feel confident and excited to be starting a new chapter in my life and thanks to the education and information offered by Eyebrows by Jenn I am now on my way to opening up my own business!One of the best features is that there is always ongoing support from Jenn and her team. Women supporting women is incredible! I will definitely be taking more courses offered by Eyebrows by Jenn.

Got my eyebrows done with Tony. Fantastic service. Very little pain. I've had microblading done with two other salons and this place was hands down the best. The shape is better and they caused a lot less pain with the technique they used. Thanks Tony!
