I brought in a couple of things for alterations last Tuesday and was told they'd be ready the following Saturday.Saturday I went in and was told that the tailor to whom they outsource their work had forgotten an item and would need until the next Tuesday to get it done. No apology, no phone call to give me a heads up so that I didn't have to come in unnecessarily.Today when I came in I was told the delay was on account of their machine being broken (make up your mind). Again no apology but rather an argumentative tone, as if I had burdened them somehow by having expected the work to have been done on time.Pants were returned without having been hemmed.

I really LOVED the service here!!As I have a interview today and noticed my shirt was not ironed and I did not have a iron machine, I went here. They really helped me super quick and friendly. Really appreciate their service so much!! Can definitly recommend this place! Also when you have old glasses, you can donate them here, which in my opinion gives this place a special touch for humanity which really makes them stand out for me.

Brite Star did an amazing job with anything we have ever brought in to get cleaned. Ignore any negative comments come in for and see for yourself how wonderful the people and service is. My suits, dress shirts always look amazing. They take care of all my alterations in a very professional manner.

Walked in for a suit cleaning hoping for same day return as I had an interview the next day. Dropped off my suit at 11:00, and had it back in my possession by 2:30. They do the cleaning in the back which is becoming more and more rare these days. For $14.75 I can't complain about a freshly pressed suit. Well done Bright Star Cleaners!

The kindest and most understanding staff; my partner was in need of urgent service for multiple suits. Although it was incredibly last minute, they did a great job and were so so very kind. Thank you again!!

I thought the stains would never come out of my favourite suit, but Brite Star was able to take care of it no problem. Staff is always lovely whenever I go to pick up my dry cleaning and always remember my name. Still using Brite Star even though I don’t live in the neighborhood anymore, highly recommend.

It pains me to have to write this review, since this is a family-owned and operated business and I love supporting local establishments, but I feel like I've been left with no other option.I brought in a dress for dry cleaning, and was quoted a price of $45 (as anyone can clearly see on my receipt). I brought it in over a week ago, and was told to return the following Wednesday or Thursday to pick it up. I decided to wait until Thursday to err on the side of caution. When I returned to the shop, I was told that my dress still had stains on it and that it would need to be re-cleaned. I was then asked to return the following day. I'll side note" this by saying this was not the first time I was asked to return after an item was not sufficiently cleaned. I didn't make a big deal of it

Dropped off a pull over I bought in Japan with unique shape and weird pockets that ripped on one side. She did such a good job sewing it you could never tell there was a problem at all. I was worried cuz it was different but she nailed it.

1st time customer won't go back. Cleaning was good but hem alterations I paid for were not done. Nothing was in writing, or measured (just verbal) so my fault too.

Terrible service. I brought in a coat that needed a new zipper. I'm going on vacation and asked if they could do the zipper before I left - they said they could. I asked them to call me if anything came up that meant the zipper wouldn't be done in time so I could take the coat somewhere else or buy a new one.No one called in over a week. I had to call them. They then told me they weren't able to do the zipper but that I could bring the coat in after my vacation. As if I'm going to come back to this store. I'm going to Britain tomorrow without a raincoat that zips.The woman on the phone was very rude and told me that it's not her fault because she wasn't there in the store when the coat was brought it and the circumstances were discussed. That was the only explanation. Terrible service and staff.
