Giancarlo & Team have been absolutely amazing! Sinthuya was always a pleasure to deal with to book appointments. She always understood my scheduling challenges, always with a smile and with no judgement. :) I began my recovery journey with the CBI - Milton Team over a two years ago. Giancarlo and Team have been consistently knowledgeable, honest, patient and flexible with my recovery and have given me the tools needed to confidently continue my recovery journey on my own. Giancarlo and his Team are amazing. I have never experienced such hospitality from a health practitioner before. His concern and personal touches make you feel more than just a client, makes you feel like family. I cannot say enough good things about him and his Team. Reception staff is very friendly and polite.I randomly chose this location for physio (had a bad back because of my car accident) since it was the closest to my place.My physio - Giancarlo has been unbelievably amazing. Super friendly, very easy going, and would always accommodate my tardiness. lol.Would 10/10 recommend him and the location.

If anyone is searching for a great physiotherapist, they should only go to CBI Milton. I am a regular at CBI Milton and Giancarlo, the Physio therapist, has been the best. He is always concerned about his patients and their well-being. I feel much better after his appointments, and I really feel a difference. And not only that, he makes sure that his patients are doing well between the appointments. He takes time to explain everything and guides you with his knowledge.The receptionist, Cynthia, is also an awesome and welcoming person. Always smiling and happy to see you! Great experiences overall!

Giancarlo is fantastic. My son has seen him many times (too many injuries) and every visit is enjoyable. Giancarlo is very friendly and has helped my son recover from his many injuries. What has shocked me even more is his follow-up - reaching out after a few months to see how my son is doing. Service like that is hard to find.

I visit this clinic for my knee pain and my overall experience has been just perfect. My therapist Gian is an expert in this field and an absolute pleasure to be under his supervision. He makes sure I feel better after each session. All staff are polite, facility is good, gym is well equipped and follows a high degree of professionalism.

The best physio I have ever experienced. The expertise and care was and always is, incredible. They have some much focus on exactly what the issue is and really give you not only great care but tips and tricks to take home with you that if continued will speed up your recovery. CBI Milton is highly recommended and you won’t be disappointed.

I started visiting CBI clinic in Milton for physiotherapy after a car accident in March 2019. The entire team, from reception to Giancarlo my therapist, massage therapists (and others that were previously there) - was so kind, patient and helpful with my treatment. It's been 4 years and I still go back for other injuries or treatments and have always been treated like part of the CBI family. They go above and beyond in their care and it made my healing journey that much more comfortable. Thanks to the entire CBI team!
