I find a good variety reasonable price. I love how I paid for my balloons in full they wrote down my information. I drove to pick up the balloons I forgot my receipt she asked my information but was politely reminded to bring it next time... I liked that very professional... Good service...

Good store most of the staff are very rude. I know there is limits on things I read the sign on the door and around the store as it states that on high volume items there is a 4 per person limit. I bought 3 as they are gifts. Well apparently she only wanted me to be aloud to buy 2. There is no sign stating that by the product and as your store policy states on sign on door and on cash your limit is 4. She rolled her eyes talked very rudely and apparently today was my lucky day. Huh no it was your lucky day that I even bought it as I almost left everything there.

Stood in line waited and waited got to check out and was time to change cashier and thats when they opened up second cash.Garbage customer service do your self a favour go some where else.

The Fitch Street Dollar Tree store in Welland has decided to put a limit on all bread product purchases saying it is the head office new policy. As a regular customer who has used his own vehicle to pick up and return abandoned Dollar Tree shopping carts I am very disappointed that a dollar store would limit purchases. Are there any other Dollar Tree stores that put limits on purchases.

Unfortunately, this store is the closest one to where I live so, I go there often. It seems like there are less and less grocery items on the shelves. The staff is hit and miss. One lady, I think is a either a team leader or manager. Walks around with Air Pods in her ears while on the floor. Almost every time I'm there, she personal calls. Another wears ear phones. Wired earphones while working the cash. Another walks around the store with these really loud jiggle bells. That store used to be much better. I noticed the difference when the previous manage retired. I hope it goes back to how it used to be.overall, I wouldn't recommend this store.

The cashier was too busy putting stuff away to cash the customers out. There were 5 of us waiting in line. Her name is Sherry. When she finally decided to check us out she was very rude. If I hadn't needed the cards I would have walked out and left my purchases behind. This is not the first time she has done this but for me it will be the last.

Extremely poor service when checking out. I had $100.00 that I would be spending on personal hygiene products which would be contributed to the Personal Hygiene drive at HolyTrinity Church in Welland. After carefully selecting the products which gave me approx 80 items I proceeded to the checkout counter where my problems started. I asked if I could have my items in a box rather than bagged and I was told no, they are not in the habit of providing boxes. There were 3 sitting on the counter behind the cashier which she advised were going into the back. I showed her the amount of merchandise I had and she said in a very non friendly voice I hope you're aware you can't take the buggies out of the store

Update:Was at the store today and very disappointed to see not all employees following covid protocols. Masks should be worn on the face, covering the nose and the mouth. A mask worn around the chin is useless. If a break is required it should be done in the break room, not in the middle of the busiest section of the store. I can understand needing a rest from the mask.Always clean and well organized. They don't reorganize the store so you can pop in quickly to get what you need. Not the stores fault but will be an improvement once the parking lot is repaved. I am surprised no one has twisted an ankle in those pot holes.
