An online request was promptly responded to via e-mail. A quick follow up voice message was also responded to quickly. And finally, when there was an agreement to have my auto windshield replaced at my home using their mobile service, 2 extremely professional and polite technicians drove in within the time slot that was booked and completed the job with great care. My boss recommended Star Auto Glass to me because she had a great experience. I would definitely recommend to everyone that I know. Great customer experience. I submitted for a quote online and within minutes I received a call and within 24 hours I have a new windshield! Very professional, prompt, fair pricing, smooth transaction, my car looks brand new. I'm very happy with the service. I'm the type who is always afraid I would get scammed, but this place I would recommend for sure.

Got a stone chip on my windshield a week back. My insurance gave me a couple of options for repair, the first 4 were absolutely no help, either providing no helpful timeline or just refusing to pick up their phones/return voicemails. I called Star Auto and within like 3 rings, Dylan picks up. I give him the details, he says he can fit me in that afternoon, I’m in and out in like an hour.This is the spot to go to if you have any issues with your windshield, the service is impeccable!

This place is great, I went in to get my 2 side windows and my windshield fixed and the guys there were awesome. After calling around it was by far the cheapest place and I’m really happy with their job. Quoted me 3 hours, done in 2 and they threw in a pair of wiper blades. The place was clean and polite and I recommend it to anyone if you’re looking for a place to get glass fixed

I got my Accord’s front windshield replaced today. I was really impressed by the professionalism of the work force. More than half the time was spent in thorough cleaning/clearing debris & preparing for the job , which shows quality of minute detailing professionally. They provide free wifi and fresh water and have a waiting area to make customer comfortable.Definitely worth recommending.

David and his team are professional and efficient. They took the time to explain what was needed before they worked on my vehicle. 45 minutes later, the windshield replacement was completed! We had heavy rain the following days, and no leaks, no issues (also went through a car wash). Keep up the great work Star Auto!

I can't recommend these guys enough...I drove from Brantford to Mississauga to get my windshield replaced. they were incredibly kind and helpful. They navigated everything with my insurance company seamlessly. I got to relax in their comfy waiting area while they worked on my vehicle. Their pricing is unbeatable also. I brought my son's car in for replacement windows and windshield also after speaking with them and I know he was equally impressed with the service. Thank you all very much for a great experience.
