A family oriented martial arts school. Mitra keeps the place light and fun, always in a good mood and always available to answer questions. She's open to feedback and comments which shows willingness to learn and improve. Every week I look forward to hanging out with the staff and the other parents while the kids are taking their lessons. Sensei Carlos is amazing with kids and they all have such love and respect for him. With the help of his assistants, he teaches the kids in a fun and safe environment. His immense martial experience and his teaching ability are quiet evident. Super happy with Triunity!

Martial arts can be a daunting activity. However, at Triunity the owner and coaches make it very rewarding, enjoyable and welcoming. I highly recommend you bring yourself, children, and friends to this Martial Arts Studio.

We recently joined back up, wasn't sure the level we were at so we did the trial, to see if it was still a good fit. Mitra was awesome she went over everything thoroughly and remembered us! They really know how to communicate and teach kids of all levels, I'm very happy and satisfied with the level of professionalism with each coach, how clean and safe the studio is.

Great space and people! Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are challenging and very rewarding. Professor JP is an excellent teacher and great guy all around!

I called and read reviews of many martial art places for my son and decided to enroll my son at Triunity Martial Art Studio due to so many positive reviews. I am so impressed with the professionalism as well as being personable at the same time. Mirta has a beautiful soul. She is funny, caring, and personable. When you hear her say “welcome to Triunity family,” she means it. They called me to check on my son if he was okay when I was not able to take him to his classes for few weeks due to a busy schedule. Also, my car died as I was dropping my son to attend his session. Mitra and another staff member were out in the pouring rain to help me with my car, and she reached out to a mechanic for me. My heart was filled with gratitude for all the love and care I received during that stressful situation. Additionally, Mr. Carlos is an amazing instructor, knowledgeable, and he makes learning fun for the kids. I am so glad that I waited for them to reopen their doors this year. I am looking forward to a long relationship with the Triunity family.

Our daughter began studying Hawaiian Kenpo Karate two months ago with Sensei Carlos and already we are seeing some wonderful benefits from it. We can't say enough about the fun, caring approach Sensei Carlos brings to his students, while still keeping a clear focus on developing respect, coordination and focus. The Triunity dojo has a real feeling of family that is brought by the owner Mitra and it shows in everything they do. Our 10 year old is getting stronger, and developing better stamina, but more importantly she is learning responsibility and how to push herself and take on new challenges at the same time. She has already improved her coordination and balance, and also her self confidence. Thank you to Mitra and the entire Triunity family for your support and guidance. We can't wait to watch out little white belt continue her journey in karate and in life.

I’ve been training here upwards of 6 years now. Mitra and her team are by far one of the most, if not the best - well run martial arts schools that I’ve come across in the lower mainland. I’ve never met a woman stick her neck out and extend her heart to her students and to their families as much as this woman does. The environment is safe, fun, disciplined and challenging, in a great way. Everything my son needs as a small child. Sensei Carlos and Mitra if you’re reading this, thank you for always supporting my son and my family. Thank you for being my home away from home. The pandemic has been hard but we’ve made it!
