Good service and prices

DO NOT use this travel agency - If zero stars were possible I would give them none. My fiancee and I approached them to assist in planning our destination wedding at a five star resort in St. Lucia. Prices were given for adults and children, invitations sent out, and deposits given to hold ceremony date. Then pricing mysteriously changed! We were given the run around for weeks to confirm pricing after this mysterious price change, which they blamed on the resort and also on the airline in different conversations. We finally had it and called another agency not wanting to lose our ceremony deposit and date. Within a couple hours they were able to obtain even better pricing, honor discounted rates for multiple children, and had none of these supposed" issues with the resort OR airline! Two months later after proceeding with this other agency - we found out that Featherstone had also cancelled our ceremony date and we almost lost our deposit! The whole experience was completely unprofessional and embarrassing. I strongly encourage anyone looking to plan a hassle free vacation to take their business elsewhere.
