I've tried a lot of programme but this one with Elisa was the one who really work for me and that I see actual result. She is there for you when you have question and motivate you to go further. She is awesome!!

Elisa is extremely knowledgeable, and fun to talk to. I thought I knew everything about supplements, and but I was definitely re-schooled. She did a great job of understanding the way I work (Shift work) and providing me with insightful tips for ways of rethinking food, preparation and planning. She was a great listener and very approachable. I really enjoyed how we managed to change habits, set a strong baseline with good food preparation and planning. I was expecting to follow a strict ABC meal plan in order to get to my goals but it wasn’t the case. I now feel I have a great system in place that I can build from.I highly recommend her
