MyHealth Centre - Scarborough - Cardiology, Ultrasound, X-ray & Bone Density

I was supposed to attend two parts of the Stress Test on 2 consecutive mornings. However, due to my stomach ache the night before the first test I did not feel well enough to take part 2 of the test on the next day. The receptionist and the technician were very nice and allowed me to re-arrange part 2 of the test on another day. Both of my appointments were attended to as scheduled. No wait time at all when I was at the clinic. I was taken care of by Technician, Kamran, who was very professional, caring and patient. I am sensitive of taking any medication and injection. He was very patient to listen to my medical history and answered all my questions which made me feel at ease. The lady who took care of the test on the treadmill was also very kind and attentive. They both explained the procedure of the tests in detail. Greatly appreciate their professional and caring service at the Birchmount Clinic.

First time at the clinic for an ultrasound. I arrived on time for my appointment and was worried I’d be waiting a long time as the waiting room was full (no chairs left!), but within 5 min I was in with the technician. She was very friendly and efficient, and I was in-out within 1/2hr.

The receptionist is friendly and the technician is kind and has good skill level. This is a very good lab. The area isn’t great, but who cares?

Very efficient service and kind. I had an EKG and Chest X Ray done at the Scarborough location. It took about 50 minutes for both. I would definitely go there again. I have nothing negative to say. The staff is very polite and professional.

For my 20 week fetal anatomy ultrasound , the tech was wonderful, and was happy to point out the different body parts as she worked. Everything ran very smoothly!

I had an awesome experience. The  clinic  is clean.  The  receptionists are friendly.   I came  in for  X-ray and was  amazed by the  prompt service I received.   X-ray requires no appointment. however,  the service is available on specific days  of the week.   The facility is located in a mall . Ample parking spots.

My Ultrasound technician (Nicole, I believe) was fantastic. I have never had a more comfortable, and stress free, experience getting imaging done. I am having a lot of anxiety with the issues I am dealing with, and she truly knows how to put patients at ease! Thank you!!

Amazing staff, very professional with good manners and care. Parking never a problem, every appointment on time. You strongly feel that you have been looked after as a patient. Despite the long travel, as I am coming from the west part of the city, I will not choose to visit a different and closer location. Thanks for your service.

Went here for my NT scan and the staff were lovely, they were busy the day I went and still were very friendly and helpful. Nicole was my tech and she was the nicest, I'm going back end of this month for my anatomy scan, it isn't the closest clinic to me but it's been the best experience I've had, so it's worth the little extra to drive there.
