Went to replace my sim card, the representative (christien i think) wouldnt do it because my middle name is used instead of my last name (both are on ID, since 10 years ago when the account was created) same address same photo. Turns out that i didnt need this anyways because i can do it from the app. Just incompetence and annoyance without much sense !10 years bought multiple phones and lines with that same account, but looks like they didn't have a clue ..

Terrible wait time. Reps have no sense of urgency - continues to have small chats with current customers they are attending, no matter how many customers are waiting in line behind. Processing time is very slow as well, may be due to lack of training.

I got my sim transferred from freedom to Fido and the service representative “Christian” helped me get the best deal. He was generous enough to help me with the process . He even gave me a pre-Christmas gift along with my purchase. Thanks for making my day more beautiful Christian. Really appreciate your help

Farheen was wonderful. I lost my simcard and failed to reply “yes” for a transfer from bell to fidos. It was a mess for me but she took over everything and solved the problem in 15mins. Steady, capable, and understanding. She didn’t even charge me for the new SIM card.

This store can not solve any problems with customers, and it only sells products and plans. Online representatives and store staff look like two different companies as they provide totally unrelated information,which wastes me 1 hour.

Service was good but the deal was not good. I got the news that Fido is offering 20 GB for $ 30.I requested but this offer was not given to us. They should give better offer to customers to have good marketing and business.I request Fido to reduce monthly charges to $ 30 instead of $ 40.

We got new phones with Fido on boxing day and this review and the 5 star rating is for Christian Love!! He was the best person ever and helped out a lot with so much patience, humor and conversation, even amidst all the craziness of boxing day. The way he even went above and beyond in explaining even the contract was just so much appreciated. Christian, if you’re reading this, you rock man!! You just made our day ❤️

So my son was upgrading his phone from iPhone 8 to the 12. Trissi was our rep and he was simply fantastic!!! He got us more data for less than what we were already paying. It’s never been easy getting phones and service in the years past. Seems to take so long. But we were served promptly & extremely happy with everything by the time we left. I’ve been with Fido over the last 5 years and have never had an issue with service. My service in the United States was exceptional. My partner is with another service provider and quite often has no service in Hespeler in Cambridge. If you need to upgrade or look at options for your cell phone, go see Trissi!! He knows his stuff and enjoys what he does. It’s definitely worth going in to see him!!
