Had my roof done couple of years ago, one star is not mostly for the roof work (though my car did got stabbed by a nail left in the driveway…but they reimbursed me), but it’s that he is rude through the phone while I was checking my warranty with them and I think there might be a problem with the vent installation on the roof. Totally different attitudes compare to when he was trying to sell the services.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Extremely unprofessional! Called Jim. Told him I found them on Google wanted to get a quote for a roofing job. He didn't even let me finish told me to f off" and dropped the phone. Would never deal with a place like this. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY."

Lockhart Roofing did my roof and I am so so happy with it. Jim spent the time explaining my options, shingle selection, warranty, and was very thorough. I learned so much about roofs.Very professional, work was done exactly as indicated, the crew did an excellent job! Very clean afterwards! Jim was right when he said my roof would be the best looking! I ❤️ the contrasting shingles, texture and colour. Highly recommend this company

My mom had her roof done a couple of years ago. It has leaked ever since. She has repeatedly called to have them come out, he shows up with a caulking gun and when it rains the roof leaks again. He is rude on the phone. I would definitely not recommend this company. I will also be contacting the BBB on Monday. Nothing worse then taking advantage of a 74 yo women.

One star, not because of any work they did, but I contacted Lockhart Roofing a couple years ago for a quote, which they provided, but with the election that recently ended, the owner decided to send me a political email. My contact information was not provided for that purpose.Very unprofessional.

My experienced with this company was great very knowledgeable. Jim Lockhart is a professional and will do the job the right way. You get what you pay for. Cheap isn’t always better. The quality is 5 stars.

Several years ago I had the privilege of working with Jim Lockhart and his crew. Renovations included- new shingles , some roof repair, soffit, fascia, eaves trough, downspouts, new skylight, ventilation fan in bathroom. I was impressed with the excellent workmanship, professional and personal integrity. He gave great advice re design and home maintenance tips - crew were respectful.I am getting ready to retire, list my house and relocate to another province. I am so gratefulfor Jim L and his crew for helping to improve and maintain the value of my home. I have received positive feedback thanks to these completed Reno projects.
