I came to Telus to look into new phones for our family. The young gentleman who helped us is named Edwin A. Having Edwin as our person made things so easy. His vast knowledge of all phones they carry is quite impressive. He listened to what our needs were, and although I was shopping for a different phone he recommended a whole other make and model based on my husband's line of work. The durability and its ability to withstand constant and repetitive abuse was exactly what he needed. Edwin is kind, charming and has the best sense of humor. I highly recommend Edwin for all your telephone needs and to recommend the best phone and plan to suit your lifestyle. He deserves every recognition.

Went here with my mom to replace her broken Samsung. My mom is a senior and not the best with technology; the rep who assisted her was extremely, above and beyond accommodating to her and her needs.He was extremely professional and an obvious asset to the store and the Telus/Koodo brand.Salah, you are much appreciated!

Great shopping at this store. Very good service from Edwin. He was pleasant and polite and very helpful in assisting me in choosing a new phone. He quickly setup the new phone and transferred data over from my old phone. A very good experience for sure. Highly recommended.
