Purchased what I thought was a beautiful dress from this store while passing through Regina, however am disgusted with the quality of this relatively expensive garment. The dress was around $225 but after one wash (on the hand wash cycle - cold setting and hung to dry as per the manufacturers directions), the garment was covered in little balls of fabric (pilling). I cannot wear the dress again as it appears worn out and cheap. Under the advisory of a friend who is a tailor, I used a tool that removes pilling from fabric but was unable to remove them all.I called the store and was met with a curt reply that was more accusatory than it was helpful. I was accused of washing the dress on an inappropriate cycle and was told it was “user error”. It’s simply not worth my time to correspond with the owner of this store to rectify the situation after dealing with the owner over the phone. I have simply informed my colleagues and family to never visit this store. Sadly I wasted $200+, but I hope that this review guides others when they are debating whether or not to visit this store in the future.

Great customer service when I bought a very pricey dress for a family wedding. After wearing the dress for the wedding, numerous beads from the dress neckline fell off. I phoned the store and Bonnie advised that beads have to come from China, and it would take MONTHS. I told her I needed dress to wear again in 2 weeks, and she advised me to go across street from her shop to a bead store to buy replacement beads. ??? . This dress cost well over $200. I will never buy another garment there again. By the way, I tracked down the supplier of the dress myself, and they are going to replace my dress with someing similar and they apologized for the POOR customer service afforded by Bonnies. OK place to shop..very expensive but don't expect any customer service should one run into a snag. Won't be back there to shop and will make sure I inform friends who shop there to be aware of lack of customer support.
