I called number 9 towing as my key fob wouldn't work to start my car on a very cold Sunday afternoon while I was out running errands. Someone came to assist sooner than they promised and ended up giving me a ride home to get my second fob as it didn't seem to be a battery issue. So pleasant, absolutely professional and taught me a fob trick I didn't know. This is the second time they have saved the day for me in the past 2 years. Reasonable rates, too. I highly recommend.

I gladly recommend Number 9 Towing. Dennis was great to deal with when he helped us out when one of our group got stuck in a ditch on the way back from ice fishing. Dennis is truly professional but was also very positive in a negative situation. He arrived in the time window as suggested and got us unstuck quickly and safely. I called Number 9 Towing after another towing company never showed up. My car wouldn't start and I wasn't able to boost it. Dennis told me up front that it would be a couple of hours so I was prepared to wait. He came early (within 90 minutes, after warning it could be 2.5 - 3 hours) with a new battery just in case. He got my car started and showed me the damage my old battery was causing. He was honest and told me that if he forced the bolts they would break as they were badly corroded, and let me decide what steps I wanted to take next. I will definitely call Dennis again if I need him and I'll recommend him to everyone I know. Great service, honest, and reasonably priced.

Locked my keys in my vehicle earlier this evening and posted on social media for recommendation. One of my neighbors recommended #9 towing and I'm so glad they did! The gentleman came out right away and had my vehicle unlocked in no time! He was friendly, professional and did an awesome job! I will definitely be contacting him if I ever need a locksmith or towing in the future!
