Garbage products

i bought a tool box online from there store in minneapollis, payed for the contact info, payed for the shipping insurance and when i went to pixk up the tool box was damaged, I made a claim and nothing but a fight and phone calls for 9 months before it got settled. And they seem to pay what ever they want for damages as well. I do not recommend dealing with these people. They got all pissy when i threatening to take them to court. Don't figure.

This company has very very POOR communication, it took a couple of months and several emails and phone calls (most went unanswered) to get a answer from them on a warranty issue. Then they informed me IF IT IS SOLD AT AUCTION , then there is NO warranty. Bought a building and within a year the material faded and was leaking and was told no warranty., and then I talked to Suihe Limited in China which makes the building , they tell me NOW (after the purchase) that this building will only last one year and needs to be replaced every year BUYER BEWARE poor quality

I Purchased over $400 in product from this company a month ago and have yet to receive the product, refund or any sort of return correspondence. Stay away from this company!!!

Very slow at shipping but super fast to send you a bill. Never again

Paid for a storage building and kept getting the runaround on when it would arrive. Communication with Indigo Industrial was terrible. Emails would go unanswered for days, as would calls. Lost business. Never got the product I paid for. Will be filing a formal complaint to recover lost funds. Do not do business with these guys, if you are in the U.S.

I would recommend not working with this place. We have been reaching out for the past 9 months on a building we brought through them that didn't even make it a year to get a replacement cover. I have talked to them twice actually on the phone and was told both times they would get back to me within two days. I would never hear back. I have sent numerous emails and made calls and left messages and no return. The most recent times I have called it says that they are closed until July 30th 2018 which it is now the middle of august and still no way to get a hold of them. We are currently looking at other ways to contact them. Not sure if a business bureau or a lawyer would help but it is getting old.
