I attended Active Care Physiotherapy recently over the past several weeks for a shoulder injury. I have also attended here for injuries in the past. All staff are always professional, respectful and friendly. Chris provides excellent quality of care. He genuinely cares and provides highly effective treatment with support and humour. In the past 5 months with the guidance, support and expert advice and instruction fom Chris, my pysical health has improved immensely. Chris is an excellent listener and eager to answer questions. His calm nature, humour and openness to suggestions are appreciated. I feel like he is genuinely interested in my progress and well being.The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I am very pleased with my first inteaction with Active Care Physio, Ingersoll and I will definitely recommend this service to others.

Chris was amazing, a few weeks later and my back pain is virtually gone. He gave me the tools I needed to continue to ensure I stay strong....appropriate exercises and recommendations. Everyone who assisted were professional and friendly, I would recommend them without hesitation!!

I came in here not being able to walk with out a crutch. I have now started to walk with a cane and in the right situation with out my cane. They always take the time to teach me proper technique and why it is beneficial to me to use the proper form. They always show patience in listening to my challenges, and frustration in my abilities. Even took interest in things that did not necessarily pertain to my physical abilities but to my mental well being too. They are always very aware of my mood and drive to succeed at the beginning and during my appointment and pushed me accordingly. I am very thankful for the opportunity to have gone here and for the people that took the time to inspire me and make me healthy.

The staff at Active Care Physiotherapy make it a warm and welcoming experience. They treat every case like is their only case and give you their undivided attention and support. They do not just help you mend physically but mentally as well. I could go one for hours about Chris and his team, but here is the bottom line....if you need Physiotherapy this is the place you want to be.

I definitely recommend Active Care for top quality physiotherapy. The staff is friendly, personable and most importantly, supportive and respectful. During my injury and recovery, Chris has listened to my concerns, successes and truly supported me when I needed it. He is an advocate for me with my health care provider, surgeon, and WSIB and that means a lot to me. Glad to have him and his staff in my corner.
