Love this office space. Everything is clean and organized, has complete amenities. Staff is very approachable and always helpful.

I have been working in this space for 2 months, and I am impressed with the quality of the offices, they are always clean and quiet. It is a great space if you need to focus. The staff is friendly, and they are always there to solve any inquiry and question. I want to say that Swrona is exceptional and is always there when you need help. The place includes extras like freshly brewed coffee every morning, a coffee/tea machine, vending machine, a fridge to keep your lunch at the right temperature, etc. I am glad that my company chooses Regus as office space for our daily work.

The office is not that great. If you decide to come to work close to 9am the parking lot is usually full and street parking is almost non existent. During Covid the office had a few outbreaks and as far as I saw masking policies were lax and not enforced. It’s hard to control who comes in and out especially if they have covid since you don’t know others here. It’s not like u have your own employee groups. Sinks and kitchen in the mornings were dirty and not cleaned. Offices especially the ones without windows felt like a jail cell. Pretty difficult to get any work done here. Actually a lot of rude people and the washrooms were absolutely filthy. I would avoid this place if you can. Getting out to the main road was also a nightmare because of the road construction around. It’s also quite overpriced for the space you’re getting.

Great office space to work, very affordable as well. The staff is extremely nice and thoughtful about your needs as a business professional. The building is very nice, well maintained and clean, would definitely recommend others!

Very enjoyable and cozy shared office space to work in with a great atmosphere. The staff is very helpful, especially with Sworna going above and beyond to make the office as lively as possible and making sure that everyone's needs are accommodated.
